Were here with new york artist jah jah who has dropped a new album named “the attack”. Not much has changed, she still hates 50 cent and Fergie. And recently lost her dad so we send our condolences.

How you been jah jah?

I could be better, I lost my father a few weeks ago. I was mad tight with him.

Dang im really sorry to hear that. The industry really really sucks these days in almost every aspect, what is your opinion on it?

Can you add a few more “really’s” to that! Its totally freaky how its being DICTATED to us. Jay, Puff, 50 fucked the east coast up by being greedy bastards and fascist control freaks. Soon you gonna add J.Dupri to that list.. ( or at least he is aiming there) Honestly, Im happy for the state of black people today because of the rise of popularity of successful black or minority artists . BUT, the big BUTT.. there is a fear that spreads throughout the dynamic of their programs that feeds their need to obliterate, deface, erase, and replace other artists and fabricate their own artists, like a piece of clay they mold . So what do you expect? those mogol hos better flip their roles, cuz its about as stale as an old sneaker sole….none of them like me though cuz i dont kiss no ass like a true artist.

Do you think a&r’s are necessary?

I used to have a better opinions of A & R’s
Watch Making the Band and you actually see how fake the shit is. Especially the girls, who have issues of trying their own material, and Diddy was giving them some corny electro hip PoP flop. Obviously there weren’t even real artists to begin with cuz they had to “find’ themselves in the middle of a TV Show, which shows you right there the only reason people are getting signed is if they are a certain look… I got that look but maybe Im not thin enuff or something.. but damm… all they had to do is hook me up with a trainer, Im at the gym 5 times a week anyways. Faggots.

How has your CD “The attack” been doing?

The reviews are awesome but the sales are disappointing. I have no label so there is no money an No promotion in the media and relying on myspace, people promising to download or cop the cd is sad. Most of these people on myspace will put down 14$ for an album from someone from a big record label, like Timberflake and Chris Brown or Fergie but they wont support the original artists, its really sad, cuz years ago people judged music for themselves and sought out independent artists, these days its one big fad market, gag, barfing…

Still doing alot of shows?

A lot? Not at all! My father just died, so it wasn’t until last week I was back in the studio again. I went to this politicking party last night and ran into lots of peoples who is going to work me into the scene thru the radio, shows, videos, DVDs.. watch out.. Im coming..New York is not where its popping for shows these days. Ask anyone… theres no scene , no love like in Atlanta or in Texas over there. Wuss up when yall bringing me back so i can get some rodeo action poppin?

What is coming after “The Attack?

I got a few more albums recorded ready to drop with Quickmix, plus I got these mixed tapes Im workin on..No dates on anything yet, I need love money and sponsers , sponsers.

Besides the obvious topic of “More Cheeba”, what promted you to make a song about legalizing it?’

America is the most old fashioned fascist countries when it comes to switching certain policies. Did u you know that the reason that Herb is illegal was because DuPont was a powerful company with political ties at the time who created the nylon rope, and the only competition in the strength of their plastic fiber was HEMP! Marijuana helps people medically and its sick to harass people with illnesses when there is medical proof that it is beneficial to Glaucoma, Alzheimer’s , Cancer, Aids, or anyone suffering from a Liver disease and cant eat. Besides the fact that most of my friends smoke and its better than cigarettes or alcohol!

I have a lot of talents, one of them is to be a fashion designer, I won 2 scholarships to be a fashion designer in NYC best colleges, and I sketch stuff I got the skillz to have my own haute couture line of clothes.

Last time we spoke, you had major beef with some artists. Do you have any new beefs?

You had a 50 cent diss on your page a lil while ago, how did people respond to it?

Most people loved it and too many people wanted me to keep it up.. If I recorded it in a proper studio with banging audio, I would have left it up, but now it doesn’t compare to Quickmix’s.

What do you think about vh1 trying to make a second white rapper show season?

I think this show is a disgrace to rap music and to any “white” emcee who is real. This is a comedy show and most of the rappers completely suck. How you gonna put me on a damm show with a chick who did done 5 weener attempts at a rap track and a dude in pigtails.. that aint my competition… that’s a damm insulting reality show. What rapper gonna cry on tv or fag out like a damm RAP student!! I was gonna dip after one day of flipping tricks . it’s a joke, they pay you $100,000 but they lock u into a 6 album deal and they take all your publishing .. FOREVER!!

Fuck that! One thing that disgusted me was hearing fergie on the Micheal Jackson thriller album!(the remake) Any new words for her?

Oh NO! but you need to admit its perfect.. she is fucking scary…shes a walking thriller. Barack or Hillary

The long dragged out spectacle of the both of them was a political plot to take our minds off of the blundering asshole we have leading our country. Three trillion dollars in debt to China for a war? Didn’t 50 cent say that he loved Bush and he wanted to shake his hand? Duh!

Barack- he could be the closest thing to the second coming of Christ if he can do what he promises. I got a letter back from the Obama campaign that said they were not going to do what the Bush Adminstration did in the past and harass sick people for using marijuana. Maybe he is our man to legalize it! No but really, if he actually makes it into office, he would be such a great role model for every fucking country who has SERIOUS racist tendencies like Brazil or Haiti and uplift everyone in the world, I think, just by his very presence in office. I think he will be funding art and music also.

Hillary- I love Hillary, she can be president too, she will help America Im sure.

Regardless of color, sex, age, weight and beauty, people should stop judging people for the way they look and start paying attention to the message or lack of it…. Ive been making albums since 2001 and one of these days the truth will be known that Jah Jah is the INDUSTRYS BEST KEPT SECRET” ( even that was jacked from me))!!!
